Department Supervisor - Santa Anita Mall (Retail)

What you will do

• Support sales, profitability, and the total omnichannel customer experience across the department and store.
• Lead customer service routines, product promotion, loyalty-app engagement, fitting room operations, checkout, returns, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with the Store team and Visual Merchandising team on product presentation, fashion knowledge, planning, and feedback.
• Maintain stock levels, stockroom organization, garment flow, price signage, and visual and commercial standards.
• Support in-store omnichannel services and technology, including Click & Collect, Smart Store, and related tools.
• Ensure store procedures, legal requirements, health and safety routines, and opening and closing operations are completed correctly.

Requirements

• Emerging leader who is comfortable taking responsibility in a retail environment.

• Analytical problem-solving ability and confidence working with numbers and statistics.
• Achievement-oriented and motivated by performance, competition, and customer focus.
• Must work at the Arcadia, California store location.
