Location: Gurnee, Illinois, United States; onsite at Gurnee Mills Mall

Salary: $67,400–$77,480 annually

What you will do

• Lead the full store team and deliver a strong omni-channel customer experience.
• Analyze sales, budgets, and store performance, then create plans to optimize results and profitability.
• Oversee customer service, loyalty-app promotion, fitting-room and checkout routines, returns, exchanges, and store maintenance.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate, and develop employees while managing succession planning and team scheduling.
• Maintain fashion presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, garment care, price signage, and the full garment cycle.
• Ensure opening and closing routines, in-store technology, security, health and safety, legal requirements, and administrative processes are followed.

Requirements

• Relevant leadership experience with responsibility for others.
• Retail management and retail operations experience.
• Experience collaborating closely with a team.
• Strong team coaching, communication, analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and statistical skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Gurnee Mills Mall store in Gurnee, Illinois.
