Salary: $21.70–$25.28 per hour

What you will do

• Support department sales, profitability, and the overall customer experience.
• Lead customer service, product promotion, loyalty-app engagement, fitting-room routines, checkout operations, returns, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with the Department Manager and Visual Merchandising team on commercial presentation, fashion trends, and product knowledge.
• Maintain stock levels, garment flow, stockroom organization, price presentation, and the full delivery-to-sales-floor cycle.
• Oversee in-store omni-channel services and technology, including Click & Collect and Smart Store tools.
• Manage daily opening and closing procedures and ensure operational, health and safety, and legal requirements are followed.
