What you will do

• Lead and develop the store department, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and scheduling.
• Manage the omnichannel customer experience, customer service, loyalty-app promotion, and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze sales, budgets, department performance, and commercial opportunities to optimize results and profitability.
• Coordinate visual merchandising, fashion and product presentation, stock levels, garment care, and the full garment cycle.
• Maintain store operations, including fitting rooms, checkout, returns, exchanges, stockroom standards, administrative routines, and opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising colleagues and communicate regularly with store colleagues through meetings, feedback, training, and development activities.

• Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to work with numbers, statistics, sales, and budgets.
