Pharmacist - Clinic Refills - Full Time (40 hours/week)

Salary: $61.21–$92.78 per hour, based on applicable experience

Integrated healthcare delivery system providing emergency, inpatient, outpatient, clinic, home health, hospice, rehabilitation, surgical, pediatric, women’s health, and urgent care services.

What you will do

• Provide progressive and comprehensive pharmaceutical services to clinic patients.
• Work primarily in the Refill clinic and cover the majority of shifts in this area.
• Provide occasional outpatient and refill coverage on weekends based on operational needs.
• Apply clinical pharmacy practices within an integrated healthcare delivery system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Current and active pharmacist license from the Washington State Department of Health.
• Current CPR card and PALS certification, both requiring ongoing maintenance.
• Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; 40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Previous clinical setting experience.
• Experience with Cencora, Cerner, Pyxis, CPOE, EMAR, Rx Informatics, or Barcode at the Bedside.
• Experience with hospice protocols and guidelines.
