Hourly wage: $47.12–$82.69 per hour, plus potential annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

What you will do
- Process and accurately dispense prescriptions while counseling customers on healthcare and medication needs.
- Provide patient care by administering immunizations and other Walmart pharmacy programs.
- Maintain confidential information, controlled medication records, and required documentation.
- Promote medication safety, quality care, error reporting, and risk reduction within the facility.
- Implement and monitor HIPAA, billing, compliance, safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
- Guide, coach, and mentor associates while resolving customer concerns and supporting operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
- Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
- Ability to work onsite at the Yakima, Washington location.
