Salary: $47.12–$82.69 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders while providing medication counseling and maintaining confidential records.
• Provide patient care through immunizations and other pharmacy programs in compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Lead quality, safety, risk-reduction, and continuous-improvement initiatives within the pharmacy facility.
• Ensure operational execution of billing procedures, HIPAA requirements, standard operating procedures, and compliance programs.
• Guide, train, mentor, and hold associates accountable for customer service, patient safety, and pharmacy standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and implement business and operational improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license by the date of job entry.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bakersfield, California location.
