Staff Pharmacist

Location: Onsite at 7600 SW Dartmouth St, Tigard, Oregon 97223, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annual salary for a 40-hour/week schedule, prorated for other scheduled hours. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply.

What you will do

• Process and accurately dispense prescriptions while providing pharmaceutical care, counseling, and confidential information management.
• Provide patient care by administering immunizations and other Walmart pharmacy programs in compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Lead quality, patient safety, billing, HIPAA, operational, and compliance execution within the pharmacy facility.
• Analyze reports and audits, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans focused on safety, compliance, and root-cause correction.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, guide associates, resolve customer concerns, and support business and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and develop associates while promoting Walmart's standards of integrity, customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program, such as APhA training, pharmacy school curriculum, or state pharmacy association training.
• Must work onsite at the Tigard, Oregon Walmart Supercenter location.
