CEO Office Analyst

hirify.global operates an AI-powered precision medicine platform that helps cancer patients discover and access clinical trials and supports pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and healthcare systems.

What you will do

• Analyze internal and external data on performance, markets, customers, and operations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare reports, briefing notes, slide decks, and commercial models for the CEO, co-founders, and executive team.
• Support commercial opportunities through market and customer analysis, pricing analyses, proposals, and client-facing materials.
• Track strategic opportunities, leadership action items, risks, and follow-ups across teams.
• Own defined cross-functional workstreams from problem definition through stakeholder coordination and completion.
• Research oncology, clinical trials, healthcare innovation, competitors, markets, and business models for executive decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical field such as engineering, economics, business, statistics, or industrial engineering.
• At least 1 year of full-time post-graduation experience in consulting, finance, corporate strategy, business development, growth, partnerships, customer success, operations, analytics, or a high-growth company.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working with Excel and building simple commercial models.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work with C-level executives, structure ambiguous problems, manage shifting priorities, and follow through on commitments.
