Sr. Manager, Digital Product Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Westlake, TX; Austin, TX; or Omaha, NE. Onsite four days per week.

Salary: $129,000–$172,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Develop the strategy and future-state vision for disclosure fragment and compliant content management.
• Lead a cross-functional enterprise program involving product, compliance, legal, operations, marketing, and technology stakeholders.
• Establish operating routines to manage risks, dependencies, progress, issues, and decisions.
• Evaluate platform solutions based on feasibility, cost, impact, and business needs, and help shape the platform roadmap.
• Create data-informed recommendations, roadmaps, and reporting for program management, adoption, and leadership updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business strategy, program management, product management, operations, compliance, content governance, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex operational, platform, or process-driven initiatives in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with governance, controls, audit readiness, or compliance-related activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of content lifecycle and content management.
• Experience with workflow automation, content management systems, or governance platforms.
• Experience leading change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Experience partnering with product and technology teams on platform enhancements.
