Field Service Technician I (Medical Equipment)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, with on-call coverage that may include weekends and holidays.

Salary: $51,200–$64,480 per year.

What you will do

• Move, inspect, clean, disinfect, and perform operational checks on rental and customer-owned medical products.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Deliver and remove products from service centers, healthcare facilities, customer accounts, and private homes.
• Demonstrate product use to hospital staff, caregivers, and other users.
• Operate company vehicles ranging from cargo vans to 26,000-pound trucks and safely lift and carry up to 65 pounds.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, use electronic devices for service records, and complete required safety and compliance activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available. Required PPE includes safety shoes, eye protection, gloves, and protective clothing.
