Maintenance Technician (Medical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components including bearings, chains, gears, belts, shafts, and drive systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electro-pneumatic, electrical, and machine control issues using electrical testing equipment.
• Inspect and maintain sensors and automation components to support reliable machine operation.
• Support equipment installations, root cause analysis, maintenance documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations teams while following applicable safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of maintenance or related industry experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and electrical issues.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools and basic maintenance equipment.
