Senior Engineer I - Product (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Own the lifecycle of advanced linear and mixed-signal products from early concept through high-volume manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Design, Test, Applications, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and business teams.
• Support product quality, reliability, manufacturing readiness, validation, characterization, testing, and debug.
• Analyze yields, reliability data, failure analysis, and customer returns to identify improvements and reduce risk.
• Drive sustaining activities, including yield improvement, cost reduction, customer issue resolution, and product-change management.
• Manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, resources, risks, and technical communication across engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
• 5–7.5 years of experience in semiconductor product engineering or a closely related technical role.
• Understanding of analog, mixed-signal, or semiconductor product fundamentals and product lifecycle processes.
• Experience with product debug, test data, validation, characterization, manufacturing support, or laboratory equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, cross-functional coordination, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to interpret datasheets, design specifications, test plans, qualification reports, and customer requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with analog or mixed-signal products such as amplifiers, data converters, power-management devices, sensors, or interface products.
• Knowledge of ATE testing, bench-to-production correlation, yield analysis, and test optimization.
• Familiarity with reliability, qualification, failure analysis, wafer fabrication, assembly, and final test processes.
• Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action systems.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, JMP, Python, MATLAB, Jira, Confluence, LabVIEW, or PCB-layout tools.
