Subscription Services Operations Specialist

Location: Onsite in Chicago, Illinois, or Santa Clara, California, United States

Salary: $30–$56 per hour, with possible incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Provide operational and administrative support for Subscription Services Representatives throughout the renewals process.
• Validate installed-base data, research original transactions, and prepare renewal recommendations.
• Confirm and quote subscription renewal opportunities, verify pricing, and align upgrades with existing renewal dates.
• Manage high-volume renewal inquiries, route requests, and maintain pipeline readiness through account mapping and territory alignment.
• Track renewal activity and opportunity stages in Salesforce and other internal tools.
• Develop process improvements, reporting structures, and data projects supporting renewal performance and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations and/or contract administration.
• Solid Salesforce aptitude and the ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, follow-up, problem-solving, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and follow priorities with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois, or Santa Clara, California.
