HVAC Field Service Technician (HVAC)

Location: Carrollton, Texas, United States. Field-based work is conducted on-site at customer locations, with overtime, weekend work, and occasional overnight stays as required.

Salary: $30.92–$47.85 per hour

What you will do

• Commission, start up, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Serve as the direct customer contact for assigned projects and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to plan installations and repairs.
• Use software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety standards and track the use, condition, and accountability of company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or formal training preferred.
• Typically 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months, with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification required.
