Commercial HVAC Service Technician (HVAC)

Location: Fort Myers, Florida, United States; field service at different sites

Salary: $65,000–$85,000+ base pay annually, dependent on experience, plus a monthly productivity and profit-based bonus.

Manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems and integrated HVAC equipment, including fans, heaters, ductwork, and related systems.

What you will do

• Commission new commercial ventilation and HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace existing HVAC equipment.
• Service systems at multiple customer sites, including outdoor and rooftop environments.
• Develop and maintain service schedules.
• Prepare and submit daily job reports and invoices.
• Collaborate with customers and multiple departments while handling high-volume, varied service work.

Requirements

• HVAC or HVAC/R skills and strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools.
• Ability to work outdoors, in tight spaces, and on ladders for roof access.
• Safety-minded approach and willingness to travel for training.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
