Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for internships, entry-level roles, and seasonal high-volume Performance Fitter positions across multiple brands.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent profiles, meet hiring demand, and deliver diverse candidate slates and a high-quality candidate experience.
• Plan and execute cross-brand intern programs, including programming, events, experiences, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and community partners, and represent the brands at career fairs and networking events.
• Create and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Improve recruiting workflows, support internal mobility programs, and contribute to employer branding and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably including early career, campus, or high-volume hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing or supporting internship or early career programs is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, organization, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance program management and recruiting execution across a fast-paced, evolving, multi-brand environment.
