What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for moderate- to high-complexity Global Capital Markets accounts.
• Monitor operational systems, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, controls, and account activity.
• Review legal documents and agreements and coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, attorneys, financial advisors, and service partners.
• Structure and close GCM transactions, participate in sales calls and client meetings, and support new business opportunities.
• Identify and implement improvements to products, fee structures, service delivery, policies, procedures, and the control environment.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide coverage for Relationship Managers and Client Administrators while leading assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 7 years of combined higher education and work experience including 3 years in the field.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Strong experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, strategic thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Role based in Chicago, Illinois, United States of America.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of supervisory or work leadership experience.
• CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification.
• Working knowledge of specialized internal software applications.
• Demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
