Capital Markets Associate - Sales (F)SWAP (Foreign Exchange)

Location: In-office in Chicago, Illinois (60606), United States

Base salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Support senior sales team members throughout the sales process and execution of capital markets transactions.
• Assist with the sale of foreign exchange products and services to corporate and institutional clients.
• Support client inquiries, currency trade execution, data management, credit management, and transaction analysis.
• Prepare financial analyses, research, reports, sales-call materials, pitches, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate due diligence, document processing, and industry and company analysis.
• Develop knowledge of markets, products, regulations, clients, and internal tools and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Experience or capability in financial analysis, corporate finance, investments, trading strategies, and financial services.
• Strong accuracy, analytical thinking, communication, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• NFA Swaps Proficiency certificate required within 15 days of employment.
• For Foreign Exchange, FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses are required within 120 days of employment.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
