Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $267,000–$320,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for advanced security workflows in the Insights platform.
• Drive product strategy for threat detection, behavioral analysis, investigation, and triage in SOC environments.
• Partner with engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver products through agile development cycles.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and strategic partners to gather workflow requirements and validate product-market fit.
• Lead AI/ML innovation and platform integration roadmaps for security analytics and ecosystem tools.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product management team and establish scalable PM practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles within enterprise security or networking.
• 5+ years of experience delivering analytics, detection, or workflow products in network security or cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers.
• Deep expertise in network traffic analysis, security analytics, detection and response, or SOC operations.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS products and data-intensive security solutions such as flow analytics, behavioral detection, SIEM/SOAR integrations, or threat intelligence platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Sunnyvale, California, and comply with applicable U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX, or VPC Flow Logs for security use cases.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in security detection, including anomaly detection, graph neural networks, or LLM-based security reasoning.
• Background in network forensics, incident response, or security operations.
• Experience with Zero Trust, microsegmentation, network security policy management, or cloud-native security analytics platforms.
