Capacity Operations & Vendor Performance, Senior Manager (Healthcare)

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Translate forecasts, backlog, service levels, staffing availability, and business priorities into capacity deployment decisions across queues, teams, vendors, and temporary staffing pools.
• Own staff augmentation strategy and execution while improving the value of vendor-supported operations.
• Establish vendor metrics, scorecards, escalation paths, and governance routines covering quality, productivity, attendance, and timeliness.
• Coordinate Workforce Management, Operations, Recruiting, Training, Quality, Data, and Vendor teams through complex initiatives and launch planning.
• Create a central source of truth for capacity, demand, flex movements, vendor performance, and operational risk.
• Build operating rhythms, playbooks, SOPs, and prioritization frameworks that support consistent and scalable execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations, workforce management, vendor management, program management, business operations, or a similar analytical operational leadership role in a customer-focused or healthcare environment.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple teams, competing priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building operating models, governance routines, scorecards, dashboards, playbooks, or performance management systems from scratch.
• Strong operational judgment and ability to use forecasts, staffing plans, backlog, service levels, productivity, quality signals, and operational data to drive decisions.
• Exceptional systems thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence across leadership levels without direct authority.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while bringing structure, clarity, and accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience with contact center operations, workforce management, or capacity planning.
• Experience managing staff augmentation models, outsourced service delivery, or vendor SLA accountability.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage or healthcare operations.
