Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Cost Manager, ANS (Data Center)

Location: Dallas, TX; hybrid role with onsite work at client and partner sites

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, benchmarking reports, and project appraisals.
• Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options.
• Identify project risks, support risk registers, and contribute to procurement and pre-contract processes.
• Attend client and design team meetings, advise on cost implications, and record actions.
• Support lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, cash flows, cost reports, and project close-out activities.
• Contribute to project templates and qualification questionnaires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or a related cost or construction discipline.
• At least 4 years of cost management experience and a minimum of 5 years in cost estimating or quantity surveying.
• Strong understanding of cost reports, change orders, cash flows, and broader cost management processes.
• Advanced proficiency in CostX for producing estimates and bills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite at client and partner locations in the Dallas, TX area.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centers or other mission-critical projects.
• MRICS status.
• Knowledge of construction technologies, sustainability, and industry trends.
• Field experience, post-contract administration, contact preparation, or project close-out experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
