Project Manager (ALDP)

Location: Washington, DC, United States

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage the Advanced Leadership Development Program from application planning through delivery.
• Coordinate nomination briefings, selection panels, policies, standard operating procedures, program metrics, and KPIs.
• Liaise with the federal sponsor, applicants, cross-functional teams, trainers, and other stakeholders.
• Plan timelines, tasks, milestones, deadlines, meetings, agendas, notes, and project summaries.
• Track task completion and risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project information at the executive level.
• Allocate and adjust project resources, budgets, and hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Proven record of successful project implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Current Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
