SAP MM Business Systems Analyst (SAP MM)

Location: Candidate must be located in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week. Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Analyze existing system architecture and business process maps to identify system, interface, functional, data, and automation improvements.
• Gather, interpret, document, and review business and functional requirements with development teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to resolve business and system issues.
• Develop and analyze end-to-end functional requirements for ERP business processes.
• Coordinate and execute software and application testing before enhancements are launched.
• Support change management, process improvement, data management, and AI-enabled automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP support, or related business application and process support.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP functionality, design principles, and industry best practices.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements and developing business process flows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Materials Management processes, including procurement, material master, and vendor management.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro or other supply chain planning solutions.
• Familiarity with business process automation or AI-enabled process improvements.
