ERP & SQL - Application & Systems Analyst

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. Hybrid role with 2–3 days per week in a satellite office and occasional travel to headquarters; fully onsite work can also be considered.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus a 20% bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Support and troubleshoot ERP, merchandising, data warehouse, integration, and reporting systems.
• Use SQL to investigate and resolve application and data-flow issues.
• Coordinate integrations with IT, business teams, vendors, and middleware platforms.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflow improvements.
• Test, document, and support software releases while assisting merchandising, finance, and store teams.
• Maintain IT controls, change management, access policies, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience supporting ERP systems and SQL-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, ETL, EDI, middleware, or similar integrations.
• Familiarity with retail transaction flows, including ERP, POS, and merchandising systems.
• Knowledge of IT controls and compliance processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and ownership skills.
