Apartment Maintenance Technician - Perimeter Circle

Location: Onsite at the Perimeter Circle apartment community in Sandy Springs, Georgia, United States

Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, plus potential monthly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $250

What you will do

• Provide maintenance service to residents and support fellow maintenance team members.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts and adapt work to seasonal community needs.

Requirements

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work onsite with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks, and on-call shifts at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability and willingness to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
