Apartment Maintenance Technician (The Hartley)

Location: Onsite at The Hartley in Atlanta, GA, United States

Salary: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, plus eligibility for customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $250 per month.

What you will do

• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to resident service requests and perform routine repairs and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Respond to emergency service requests during assigned on-call shifts.

Requirements

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building maintenance.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks, and on-call shifts of at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
