Sr. Director, Corporate Network & Infrastructure

Location: US - Austin, TX; at least 3 days in the office are required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $194,700–$340,800 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and execute the global corporate network and infrastructure strategy, translating it into multi-year roadmaps and quarterly outcomes.
• Modernize network and infrastructure platforms through software-defined, automated, and cloud-integrated capabilities.
• Set architecture standards and engineering guardrails for resilient, secure, high-performance enterprise services.
• Own reliability, availability, performance, capacity, incident management, problem management, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Corporate IT, Cybersecurity, Facilities/Real Estate, business leaders, and vendors to improve employee productivity and service outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop global teams of engineers and architects while building an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 15+ years of relevant experience without one.
• Technology leadership experience with increasing responsibility, including leading high-performance teams and directing IT functions.
• Experience architecting and deploying enterprise-scale solutions and leading technology transformation.
• Experience with digital media, AV, unified communications, voice, video, streaming, and conferencing infrastructure.
• Experience applying AI and agentic technologies in digital media or unified communications environments.
• Experience with customer service, business continuity, metrics-driven management, change management, and team mentoring.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years with an advanced degree; PhD with 9+ years of experience.
• Experience leading large teams in organizations with more than 5,000 employees.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, Six Sigma, or Agile development.
• Experience driving consensus across diverse global technology and business partners.
