Human Resources Co-Op (Workforce Analytics)

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota, United States; on-site full-time co-op from January through June 2027

Salary: $20–$30 per hour, depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Conduct site-wide training needs assessments and identify skill gaps, development opportunities, and workforce capability needs.
• Analyze learning, training, and workforce data to identify trends and recommend priorities.
• Build a Workforce Insights Report covering turnover, absenteeism, hiring effectiveness, internal mobility, engagement, retirement risk, and succession readiness.
• Translate workforce data into visualizations, insights, and recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Create and standardize HR playbooks, process documentation, workflows, knowledge resources, self-service guides, and job aids.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and site leadership on workforce planning, talent management, continuous improvement, and related HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a co-op-eligible program and available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from January through June 2027.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, data analytics, or a related field.
• Rising junior, senior, or graduate student with strong academic performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Interest in workforce analytics, talent development, organizational effectiveness, or business operations.
