HR Operations Analyst Summer 2027 Intern

What you will do

• Support HR data reporting, data entry, validation, and cleansing activities.
• Maintain HRIS data and assist with routine testing of Workday system enhancements.
• Generate standard Workday HR reports and support ad-hoc requests using established templates.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to understand basic reporting requirements.
• Participate in compliance reporting, including EEOC and VETS activities.
• Create and document Workday user manuals and training materials.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, analytics, or a related field.
• No prior experience is required.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of HR data, HR systems, and reporting tools; Workday familiarity is preferred.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance principles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with HR terminology and processes in the hardware or semiconductor industry.
• Awareness of basic HR analytics trends.
