Principal Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations and Professional Services engagements from initiation through formal closure.
• Lead and coach Project Managers while personally managing selected high-value or high-complexity customer accounts.
• Establish PMO standards, templates, governance, methodologies, risk management, dependency tracking, and escalation practices.
• Partner with Professional Services, consulting, technical, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align delivery with customer commitments.
• Manage project health, milestones, budgets, hours, utilization, forecasts, and financial performance using Rocketlane or a comparable PSA platform.
• Identify systemic delivery risks and create playbooks, dashboards, and process improvements that scale the PMO.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex enterprise technology implementations or Professional Services portfolios.
• Experience leading and developing Project Managers while managing projects directly.
• Strong executive customer communication and escalation-management skills.
• Experience building or maturing PMO processes, governance standards, reporting, and delivery methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of PMI-aligned planning, risk, scope, change-management, project financials, and resource planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, information technology, or a related field; experience across global, cross-functional organizations is required.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Rocketlane, Salesforce, or comparable PSA platforms.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, CX, CCaaS, telecommunications, testing, or automation.
