What you will do

• Oversee general ledgers, supporting schedules, and accounting operations for private equity funds using Investran.
• Lead quarterly and annual financial statement preparation under IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE.
• Direct capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations, investor reporting, management fee, and carried interest computations.
• Coordinate property-level data, valuations, performance metrics, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage audit and tax processes with clients, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Review associate work, mentor accounting staff, support process improvements, and act as a primary contact for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting designation such as CPA or ACCA preferred or in progress.
• 4–6 years of experience in fund administration or audit.
• Strong understanding of private equity structures.
• Proficiency with Investran or other accounting software.
• Experience reviewing accountants’ work and supporting junior team members.
