Manager, Finance

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 110,000–140,000 annually

What you will do

• Prepare quarterly and annual platform-level financial statements supporting consolidated reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.
• Lead the resolution of complex technical accounting issues and coordinate regulatory updates with auditors and operating business groups.
• Prepare operating metrics, corporate financial analyses, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Support quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SOX compliance with internal and external audit teams.
• Collaborate with fund finance, tax, corporate, and regional finance teams on reporting and special projects.
• Mentor junior staff and identify improvements to finance processes, tools, and reports.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting or auditing experience.
• Completed CPA designation.
• Strong financial systems experience and advanced Excel skills.
• Leadership, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with HFM, OneStream, or Workiva.
