Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote Portugal

Salary: €34,000–€43,000 annual; additional meal allowance of €9.60 daily, 7.5% annual corporate bonus, and annual stock plan allocation.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for product areas, from discovery and research through interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user testing.
• Design AI-powered features and experiences for complex cybersecurity data and risk products.
• Conduct user research and collaborate with Product to define customer-focused solutions.
• Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and v0 to prototype, test, and gather feedback quickly.
• Contribute to and extend the design system while improving consistency and design quality.
• Participate in design critique and help shape design practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product design experience with senior-level ownership of shipped products.
• Portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design craft, problem framing, process, and measurable impact.
• Experience designing AI-powered features or agentic workflows, handling uncertain model outputs, or prototyping with AI tools.
• Experience with complex, data-rich, or analytical products and hands-on work with design systems.
• Ability to learn quickly, work through ambiguity, and make progress in greenfield product areas.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or related B2B enterprise domains.
• Experience building or scaling a design system from the ground up.
