About the Role

You will manage warm and cold sales leads, conduct proactive outreach, close upsell opportunities, and build relationships with Finnish small businesses. You will use CRM and AI-assisted tools to improve workflows, identify account trends, understand customer needs, and take ownership of your pipeline and targets.

Requirements

• Experience in sales or account management
• Experience in financial services is preferred
• Excellent spoken and written Finnish
• Comfort with CRM systems such as HubSpot
• Openness to using AI-assisted tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage warm and cold sales leads
• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to existing accounts
• Close upsell opportunities
• Identify and engage high-potential small businesses
• Build customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
