What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and close new key partners across Finland.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using consultative outreach and relationship-driven account development.
- Lead commercial discussions with decision makers and negotiate partnerships and contracts with larger merchant organizations.
- Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders on online payments, POS integrations, operational setup, and go-live readiness.
- Support testing and development to validate partner journeys, payment flows, and new solutions before launch.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of partners as the main point of contact, tracking performance and learnings in CRM.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience with merchant sales, onboarding, or partner development.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with senior decision makers.
- Consultative, customer-focused approach to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Professional fluency in Finnish and English.
- Comfort using CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and working cross-functionally with commercial, operational, and product teams.
