Vice President, Product Management (Enterprise)

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for Enterprise customers across franchise, private equity roll-up, and multi-location organizations.
• Oversee product development for industry-specific operator experiences, parent-level data, access, and controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Enterprise product management team.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to translate customer needs into scalable products and commercial opportunities.
• Set KPIs, manage budgets and resources, and optimize product performance from concept through market adoption.
• Drive innovation, market differentiation, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and portfolio profitability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience, including at least 10 years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep experience working with Enterprise Sales organizations and complex customer requirements.
• Expertise in Enterprise product strategy, market research, product lifecycle management, and scalable product investments.
• Experience with SaaS or Fintech platforms, budget management, and resource planning.
• Track record of integrating AI and emerging technologies into organizational strategy and operations.
