Vice President, Product Management, Platform & Innovation (AI)

What you will do

• Define the vision, investment thesis, roadmap, objectives, and operating plan for the hirify.global Platform and Innovation portfolio.
• Lead shared platform services and AI-enabled capabilities that improve product delivery, adoption, reliability, cost efficiency, and business impact.
• Lead discovery, validation, incubation, launch, and commercial adoption of net-new 0-to-1 products.
• Represent hirify.global in technical and roadmap discussions with Atlassian and translate changes in APIs, Forge, Marketplace, security, and developer requirements into product opportunities and readiness plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, Legal, Security, and executive leadership on portfolio decisions, launches, and risk management.
• Build, coach, and retain product managers and product leaders while establishing effective planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible product management experience, including 5+ years leading product managers or product leaders.
• Experience defining and scaling cloud platforms, shared services, APIs, or developer-facing capabilities in a SaaS, XaaS, or consumption-based business.
• Proven experience taking 0-to-1 products from discovery through launch, customer adoption, and commercial traction.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, authentication and authorization, cloud architecture, high availability, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Commercial ownership of a significant software portfolio, including P&L, revenue, or equivalent business accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience building in the Atlassian ecosystem, including Forge, Marketplace, and Atlassian APIs.
• Experience operating cloud services at significant scale, ideally above 100 million daily service calls.
• Commercial ownership of a XaaS portfolio exceeding $50 million in annual recurring revenue.
• Experience building AI-enabled platform capabilities or commercial AI products.
• MBA.
