Account Manager (FMCG)

Location: Leuven, Belgium; hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Deliver FMCG shopper insights tailored to client business questions.
• Design research proposals using consumer panel data and customizable research solutions.
• Develop insights with market analysts and consultants and translate findings into strategic advice.
• Advise FMCG companies and retailers on effective business strategies and market trends.
• Manage and grow a client portfolio while creating opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Represent hirify.global with clients and at industry events.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in a market research agency, FMCG company, or retail organization.
• Fluent written and spoken Dutch or French required.
• English communication skills required for working with clients and stakeholders in an international business environment.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a fact-based consulting approach.
• Commercial drive, strong communication and presentation skills, and a proactive team-oriented mindset.
• Passion for the FMCG industry.
