Home Care Consultant (Sales)

Location: Remote position with mandatory virtual training Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm Central Time. Evening and weekend availability is required, including every fourth weekend.

Hourly hiring range: $19.90–$22.10, plus a tiered monthly bonus starting at $300 for achieving 100% of sales targets.

What you will do

• Manage a steady flow of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients and their families.
• Listen to client needs and match them with appropriate non-medical in-home care solutions.
• Explain services, ask for commitment, and schedule follow-up consultations.
• Meet individual and team targets for call volume, conversion rates, and interaction quality.
• Track activity and follow-ups using Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of phone-based inbound and outbound sales or customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a high-volume call center and metrics-driven environment.
• Empathetic communication skills combined with confident sales execution.
• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively within a virtual team.
• Attendance during the initial three-week virtual training period is mandatory.
