Senior Solutions Engineer (Marketing Automation)

Location: Remote in the United States or United Kingdom

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base salary annually in the United States; £85,000–£100,000 base salary annually in the United Kingdom. Compensation may vary by experience and location.

What you will do

• Guide clients through successful platform implementations and third-party integrations.
• Advise clients on product features, enhancements, best practices, and business use cases.
• Implement RESTful APIs and JavaScript snippets within client marketing stacks.
• Diagnose technical issues, manage escalations, and design solutions for complex business requirements.
• Design data structures, dynamic scripting, and integrations with the platform's object model.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, documentation, and collaboration across Product, Client Success, Strategy, Support, Sales, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• At least 4 years of professional services experience, including successful implementations and client project management.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data structures.
• Ability to read and write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in PHP or another programming language.
• Experience using browser developer tools and understanding of SQL and NoSQL differences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, resolve complex technical issues, and collaborate with senior marketers, systems integrators, and technology partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise marketing automation, email marketing, or digital marketing.
• Enterprise client experience.
