Senior Product Manager, Voice (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Canada; candidates must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo and attend the office at least one day per week.

Salary: CAD 145,900–197,400 annual base salary, plus equity, health and wellness stipends, retirement savings matching, and extended health benefits.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for Voice AI and communications products, with Receptionist as the primary focus.
• Define and execute the roadmap, balancing short-term business outcomes with long-term innovation.
• Scale Receptionist from an early-adopter product into a daily solution for the majority of small business customers.
• Build capabilities that answer calls, take messages, book jobs, follow up on quotes, call customers back, and act inside hirify.global on the service provider’s behalf.
• Synthesize market, regulatory, customer, and business data to prioritize product and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with experts in Voice AI, telephony, and communications while shaping the broader multi-product strategy.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience with a record of shipping products and delivering long-term outcomes.
• Experience owning a revenue line, including attach rate, pricing, or packaging.
• Experience shipping and improving a production LLM or ML feature or product.
• Technical depth to partner in architectural discussions about models, prompts, and pipelines.
• Must be based in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo and able to attend the office at least one day per week.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Nice to have

• Telephony or contact center experience, including SIP, IVR, call routing, carrier, or number registration.
• Experience with consumer-facing conversational products.
• Familiarity with vertical SaaS, SMB, or home and field services.
• Experience scaling products from 0 to 1 and beyond.
