Sr. Project Manager (Enterprise SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Enterprise customer deployments from kickoff through launch and adoption.
• Implement Dialpad products, integrations, features, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, hours, deliverables, and project health across multiple implementations.
• Lead customer meetings, establish accountability, and communicate implementation status, risks, solutions, tradeoffs, and changes to executives and internal leadership.
• Deliver administrator training, coordinate integrations and device provisioning, and partner with technical teams to resolve complex implementation issues.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders to transition customers into ongoing adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with SaaS products and implementations.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecommunications, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience leading complex, multi-phase Enterprise SaaS implementations for Fortune 1000 or similarly complex organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects with strong governance, documentation, and attention to detail.
• Strong risk, escalation, change, scope, timeline, dependency, and deliverable management skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management platforms, plus Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, and other cloud-based business tools.

• PMP, PMI, or similar project management certification.
