Senior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Ukraine; remote or office work, with mandatory international business travel based on project and customer needs.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of fixed-price projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Plan execution, manage risks, and provide transparent reporting with engineering, solution architecture, pre-sales, and partner teams.
• Manage high-exposure enterprise engagements, stakeholder relationships, escalations, and multiple parallel initiatives across regions.
• Support pre-sales by defining delivery scope, estimates, assumptions, and risks.
• Coordinate RFP responses across engineering, architecture, legal, finance, and PMO teams.
• Establish delivery frameworks, best practices, playbooks, and accelerators for AI-ready infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in technology, infrastructure, or AI-related domains.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise projects under fixed-price commercial models.
• Hands-on experience coordinating RFP processes, requirements management, estimation, scope definition, and risk management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with structured planning and transparent reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and escalation-handling skills in international, cross-functional environments.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency and willingness to undertake mandatory international business travel are required.
