TL;DR
Learning Content Creator (Articulate Storyline/e-learning): Designing and delivering interactive learning modules, videos, and branded visual assets for client training and internal learning programs with an accent on accessible design, instructional structure, and global localization. Focus on building Storyline interactions, producing captioned learning videos, preparing SCORM/xAPI content, and coordinating concurrent digital learning projects.
Location: Budapest, Hungary; remote or hybrid work in a globally distributed team
Salary: HUF 578,958–675,937 gross monthly; annual base salary of HUF 6,947,500–8,111,250

What you will do
- Build interactive e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline 360 and other rapid development tools, including states, layers, triggers, variables, branching, and accessible design.
- Publish learning content to SCORM/xAPI for Workday Learning and other learning management systems.
- Produce learning videos from scripts and storyboards through recording, editing, audio cleanup, motion graphics, voiceover integration, and captioning.
- Create branded icons, infographics, illustrations, slides, and interface elements for learner-friendly communication.
- Coordinate assigned projects, timelines, dependencies, stakeholder feedback, localization assets, and quality reviews.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, program managers, and localization partners to improve digital learning experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design, digital media, graphic design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience developing digital learning content, ideally for global or enterprise audiences.
- Working proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and experience publishing content for an LMS.
- Experience with video development, graphic design, instructional design, adult learning principles, project planning, and Microsoft 365.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work in a remote or hybrid, globally distributed team.
Nice to have
- Experience with translation preparation, localized layout reviews, SharePoint, Workday Learning, or another LMS.
- Experience using AI-enabled image, video, voiceover, or productivity tools responsibly.
- Awareness of digital learning accessibility requirements, including captions, keyboard access, color contrast, and WCAG principles.
- Additional languages beyond English.
