Founder’s Associate – Creative Projects (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid workplace. Candidates must be based in Berlin and have professional proficiency in German and English.

What you will do

• Develop creative projects that build visibility and excitement around hirify.global.
• Create content, campaigns, collaborations, founder-led initiatives, and new creative formats.
• Identify audience resonance, emerging platforms, and opportunities for Beam to show up authentically.
• Use AI tools to explore, prototype, and execute creative ideas faster.
• Coordinate contributors, manage projects from concept through execution, and track outcomes.
• Translate the founders’ vision and perspectives into compelling creative opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing technology, startup, or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, digital culture, and emerging formats.
• Curiosity about people, culture, technology, brands, and audience attention.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, creating structure, experimenting, and learning from results.
• Genuine excitement about AI and its impact on creative work.
• Based in Berlin with professional proficiency in German and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Portfolio or track record of self-initiated and executed projects.
• Experience with AI creative tools for experimentation, prototyping, or content production.
• Experience working directly with founders, leadership teams, or fast-moving teams.
• Strength in storytelling, visual communication, or content creation.
