Project Manager – Immersive (Video Games)

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; onsite

What you will do

• Plan and deliver immersive and interactive experiences by identifying dependencies, anticipating risks, and supporting mitigation strategies.
• Track milestones, tasks, and deliverables in JIRA, Confluence, and other production platforms.
• Support multidisciplinary creative, technical, and production teams by removing blockers and maintaining momentum.
• Facilitate alignment on project goals, creative vision, technical requirements, and audience experience objectives.
• Keep teams and stakeholders informed through priorities, documentation, plans, status reports, and delivery updates.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of project management experience in video games, interactive entertainment, experiential, or immersive experiences.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating multidisciplinary creative, technical, and production teams.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, project lifecycles, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other production tracking platforms.
• Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
