Senior Director, Finance (Digital Health)

Location: Hybrid role based in hirify.global's New York City office, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $250,000–$280,000 annually

hirify.global is a digital health company using AI Digital Twin technology, continuous health data, and clinical care to help people prevent and improve chronic metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes and obesity.

What you will do

• Own the Finance function, including financial close, controls, reporting, compliance, audit readiness, systems, tooling, and vendors.
• Lead external Finance activities alongside the CFO, including investor relations, board reporting, fundraising, and institutional communications.
• Own Finance workstreams for future liquidity events and direct preparation involving bankers, auditors, and investors.
• Manage Director-level leaders across strategy, external-facing finance, and FP&A.
• Partner with the VP of Finance and CFO on strategic financial decisions, capital markets positioning, and board communications.
• Lead Finance hiring, development, performance management, and team scaling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Finance experience, including personally leading an IPO or major liquidity event.
• Credibility with institutional investors, investment bankers, and board members.
• Experience managing Director-level or equivalent reports and building high-performing Finance teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, financial statement preparation, and audit processes.
• Experience scaling Finance functions in technology or digital health companies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and current U.S. work authorization without employer visa sponsorship.
