Senior Engagement Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Northeast, United States. Travel up to 25–50% may be required.

Salary: $115,800–$199,100 USD annually, depending on pay zone. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead large, complex, cross-functional Professional Services and Training programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Scope and sell standard and customized Professional Services and Training programs, including Centers of Excellence and migration initiatives.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing financial services accounts.
• Partner with Sales and go-to-market teams to prioritize regional targets and align programs with growth objectives.
• Monitor customer sentiment, take corrective action, and escalate issues to support successful implementation and value realization.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience running a Professional Services line of business.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles combining influence and execution.
• Deep understanding of Professional Services and Training offerings, including Microsoft, AWS, and Google partner funding programs.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.
• Proven experience managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
• Ability to travel up to 25–50% as required.
