Sr. Manager, Digital Portfolio and Program Strategy- Advisor Solutions (AI)

Location: On-site in Westlake, TX, or Orlando, FL

Salary: USD $117,300–$172,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

hirify.global's Advisor Services organization is building an integrated AI and third-party ecosystem to advance Schwab-owned AI capabilities, advisor choice, data-enabled capabilities, and productivity for registered investment advisors.

What you will do

• Translate AI and ecosystem strategy into prioritized initiatives, investment recommendations, measurable outcomes, and execution plans.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs across product, technology, data, operations, governance, marketing, and business stakeholders.
• Manage portfolio health, resources, risks, dependencies, milestones, accountability, and decision pathways.
• Evaluate AI, fintech, and third-party ecosystem opportunities, including external integrations, APIs, data assets, and emerging technologies.
• Establish performance measures connecting investments to advisor, operational, ecosystem, and business value.
• Improve portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, reporting, executive communications, and scalable program-management practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in financial services, technology, digital products, strategy, or portfolio management.
• Experience translating strategy into prioritized execution plans and evaluating business cases, resources, competing priorities, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Advanced program leadership skills covering scope and milestone planning, dependency and risk management, and stakeholder influence across federated teams.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, executive communication, storytelling, and presentation-development skills.
• Working knowledge of digital product development and technology delivery models.
• Experience designing or improving operating processes, governance models, or portfolio-management practices.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the RIA, custody, wealth-management, or advisor-technology ecosystem.
• Experience evaluating or implementing third-party fintech or technology partnerships.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, agentic experiences, enterprise AI tools, APIs, MCP, data-access patterns, or AI governance.
• Experience with go-to-market activities, product launches, or partner-enabled offerings.
• Background in product strategy, management consulting, business strategy, or strategic operations.
